Stayed in Nara last night, then visited Nara's Park today. A deer ate my map!
Then I headed back to Tokyo, where I am now. This is the end of the two week grand tour of Japan. From here on out it's gonna be a little more localized. I plan to be here in Tokyo for a bit, and check out Akibahara, Roppongi, Shinjuku (again) and all the big areas. Hopefully I get some down time to finish uploading all those pictures too.

The pictures are tremendous. So glad you got to see the ice show. What talent these people have to carve these magnificent sculptures. How in the world did they do the huge ones like the temple and the eagle scenes?
